Returns for Refund
In the event of returns for refund, we require that you return the product to us within two weeks for New Zealand customers and one month for International customers. This gives you the opportunity to try our eye patches for a reasonable period of time. If you then decide our eye patch is not working for you please return the product by following the procedure below.
Please note: Patch Pizazz cannot refund return shipping charges.
Returns for Exchange
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received – within 7 days for New Zealand customers. If you are an international customer, please e-mail us that you wish to exchange your purchase within 7 days of receipt of your order and ship the product to us as soon as possible. We will dispatch your exchange once the returned goods have been received. Please include your receipt with your return and state your reason for exchange and the desired item for exchange.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. We can only exchange an item for a different size or design subject to our stock availability. All exchange inquiries can be made by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org with EXCHANGE in your subject heading.
How to proceed with your return:
Please email us at email@example.com to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. Please package the eye patch for return in the same or similar packaging to what it arrived in. Make sure you include a note with the package stating your name, address, invoice or order number and your desire resolution -replacement, refund or the desired item for exchange.

We recommend that you send all items insured and/ or registered when sent through the mail as we cannot take responsibility for packages which we do not ship ourselves.
All accurately returned goods will be refunded according to your method of payment when we receive your return at our store. Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management. In the event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, or goods that were not what you ordered please contact Patch Pizazz immediately.
All delivery costs back to Patch Pizazz are at the expense and liability of the Customer.
