Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is of premier importance to us at patchpizazz. Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority.
In the event of returns for refund, we require that you return the product to us within two weeks for New Zealand customers and one month for International customers. This gives you the opportunity to try patchpizazz for a reasonable period of time. If you then decide patchpizazz is not working for you please return the product by following the procedure below.
Patchpizazz cannot refund shipping charges.
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. We can only exchange an item for a different size or design subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting sales@patchpizazz.com with EXCHANGE in your subject heading. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received - within 7 days for New Zealand customers. If you are an international customer, please e-mail us that you wish to exchange your purchase within 7 days of receipt of your order and ship the product to us as soon as possible. We will despatch your exchange once the returned goods have been received. Please include your receipt with your return and state your reason for exchange and the desired item for exchange.
How to proceed with your return or exchange:
Please email us at sales@patchpizazz.com to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. In your subject heading please state whether you are claiming for a RETURN or EXCHANGE.
Using the reverse side of your receipt let us know why you decided to return your item. Please also state your desire resolution (replacement or refund) or the desired item for exchange.

We recommend that you send all items insured and/ or registered when sent through the mail as we cannot take responsibility for packages which we do not ship ourselves.
Patchpizazz is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. All accurately returned goods will be refunded according to your method of payment on receipt of the goods at our store. Refunds will be given at the discretion of company management. In the event that you receive damaged or faulty goods; or goods that were not what you ordered please contact patchpizazz immediately.
All delivery costs back to patchpizazz are at the expense and liability of the Customer.
