Patchpizazz Ordering Information
Placing an Order with us is easy.

Select the type of eye patch and size from the menu provided.

Fill in the required fields to customise your patch, then follow the easy step by step instructions provided to complete your order.

A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email account (so please ensure it is correct) once checkout is completed. We will endeavor to dispatch your order within two days of receiving your payment.
Once the patch type and size is selected, click on the design thumb nail box to see that design in a larger format. All prices on the site are in New Zealand Dollars.
Choosing Your Design
The cotton designs displayed in the selection are scans of the fabric from which the eye patches are made. We take special care to ensure all our eye patches display a feature of the fabric but cannot guarantee you will received that part of the design you may have liked. If you would like to receive your eye patch with a particular feature of the design, please email us your request with SPECIAL REQUEST in the subject line.
For example: You would like to order an eye patch with the “Glitter Wings” design, but your daughter would specifically like a pink butterfly – please email this request including your name and order number and we will do our best to meet your request.

New Zealand Customers
We accept the following forms of payment:
· Bank Deposit – New Zealand Only (KiwiBank)
· Credit Card - via Paypal
· Cheque – New Zealand Only
Our preferred method of payment is Bank Deposit.
Please ensure ALL deposits are referenced with your surname and order number.
International Customers
We only accept credit card payment via Paypal.
Credit Card Payment
PayPal is a fast and secure way of ordering. Patchpizazz do not gather, store or process any credit card information, we use third party financial services provided by PayPal. PayPal use a secure server to gather your information, so you can be assured your order is being processed securely. Taxes and Duties
All prices on this site include New Zealand GST.
International customers may be charged value added tax, sales tax, or custom duties by the Customs of your country. These charges are your responsibility and you understand that any products you acquired from this web site may be subject to such taxes and duties.
There is no shipping charged on orders of two or more patches. New Zealand NZ$4.50

Deliveries within New Zealand:
All orders are sent via NZ Fast Post which has a next day delivery target to major towns and cities. Rural customers can expect delivery targets of 1 to 3 days. If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us.
International deliveries:
Orders are sent by International Air service with a delivery target of 3 to 10 working days. There is no Track and Trace available with this service. If your order has not arrived within 12 working days, please contact us immediately.

Product Availability
While we try to maintain an accurate stock level of our products, due to unforeseen circumstances, products you ordered may not be available. In such case, we offer options for refund of the cost of the out of stock items, exchange it for another product (with your consent) or will issue credit for future use.
